Warranty Policy

• 30-Day Limited Workmanship Warranty

Effective Date: Date of Purchase
Warranty Period: 30 Days

Donkey Stomper Products warrants that the workmanship performed on products we manufacture or repair will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal installation and normal operating conditions for 30 days from the original date of purchase or repair.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

This warranty covers defects resulting from our workmanship, including:

• Defects in assembly 
• Faulty workmanship 
• Material defects supplied by Donkey Stomper Products 
• Failures that occur under normal operating conditions due to defects in workmanship 

If a defect covered under this warranty is verified, we will repair or replace the defective product at our discretion.

This warranty does not cover damage or failures resulting from:

• Improper installation 
• Incorrect wiring or polarity 
• Excessive SWR or improper antenna tuning 
• Overdriving, overpowering, or misuse of the equipment 
• Operation outside the product's rated specifications 
• Accidents, abuse, neglect, or improper handling 
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs 
• Water, moisture, corrosion, or environmental damage 
• Fire, lightning, power surges, or other acts of nature 
• Normal cosmetic wear and tear 
• Damage caused during shipping to or from our facility 

Because radio equipment installation and operation are beyond our control, we cannot warranty failures resulting from improper installation or operating conditions.

To request warranty service, you must contact us within 30 days of the purchase or repair date.

Please provide:

• Proof of purchase or repair 
• Your name and contact information 
• A detailed description of the problem 
• Photos or videos, if requested 

If the product must be returned for inspection, we will provide return instructions.

If we determine that the product is covered under this warranty, we will, at our sole discretion:

• Repair the product, or 
• Replace the defective product with the same or a comparable product. 

Replacement products may be new or refurbished.

The customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs associated with warranty claims, including shipping the product to and from Donkey Stomper Products.

We strongly recommend insuring all shipments, as we are not responsible for products lost or damaged during transit.

This limited warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by Donkey Stomper Products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Donkey Stomper Products shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of use 
• Loss of profits 
• Vehicle damage 
• Damage to other electronic equipment 
• Loss of business 
• Labor or installation costs 

Our maximum liability shall never exceed the original purchase price of the product or repair service.

This warranty shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Donkey Stomper Products reserves the right to modify or discontinue this warranty at any time. Any changes will apply only to products purchased after the effective date of the revised warranty and will not affect warranty claims already in progress.

By purchasing, installing, or using any product sold or serviced by Donkey Stomper Products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty.

Since you're selling high-power CB amplifiers and electronics, I also recommend adding language like this:

This warranty covers workmanship only. Due to the nature of RF power equipment, no warranty is provided against damage caused by improper installation, improper antenna systems, excessive SWR, overdrive, reverse polarity, insufficient power or grounding, operator error, or modifications made after the product leaves our facility. Evidence of tampering, unauthorized repairs, or component replacement will void this warranty.
